Build Next-Generation Smart Factory Simulations with Unity
■ Job Title
Unity/C# Simulation Engineer – Smart Factory Line Design
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
Develop a simulation environment that allows line designers to verify factory line behavior without the need for physical equipment.
- Work across the full development cycle: requirements definition, design, implementation, unit & integration testing
- Contribute to improving performance, scalability, and real-time simulation fidelity
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and factory line experts
■ Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of hands-on development using C# scripting
- 6+ months of experience designing and implementing solutions in Unity
- Solid understanding of optimization in Unity and script performance tuning
- Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively resolve technical issues
- Self-driven attitude with a passion for learning new technologies
■ Preferred
- General understanding of manufacturing workflows and production processes
- Experience building simulation tools or digital twins
■ Languages
Japanese: Native level
English: Not required (business-level is a plus)

Kawasaki, Kanagawa – Remote work available
