Automotive ECU Platform Development Engineer

A global engineering services company (Project with major Japanese IT solutions provider)

■ Responsibilities

• Embedded software development for automotive ECUs and FOTA systems
• End-to-end lifecycle involvement: requirements analysis, design, testing
• Work directly with customer teams in long-term projects

■ Must-Have Qualifications

• Embedded development experience (C or C++)
• Hands-on experience in automotive ECU development
• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and modules
• CAN, FlexRay, LIN protocols (Ethernet a plus)
• Experience with tools like CANoe, CANalyzer

■ Nice-to-Have

• Microcontroller drivers or POSIX OS (Linux)
• AUTOSAR stack experience (Com, Crypto, Diag)
• Stack integration experience (Vector preferred)
• Knowledge of Diagnostics, NVM, Bootloader, OS config
• Functional Safety or Cybersecurity background
• Certifications: AFSP, AFSE, JARI welcome

Japanese: Native level
English: Not required (Business level welcome)
