UI/UX Design Lead/Manager

SaaS Product base company, members come from Google, Microsoft, Indeed, and famous tech companies in Japan such as Mercari, LINE, Yahoo, Smartnews. 

 

■ Your Role and Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 members.
Guide the design and user experience enhancements for new features of "Sales Marker."
Establish design guidelines and develop design systems.

■ Experience and Qualifications

Proven experience in managing a team of 3-4 members.
Expertise in UI/UX design for web services.
Proficiency with Figma.
Business level Japanese.
Conversational level English or higher.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

 

Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B services.
Expertise in creating and maintaining design systems.
