■ Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary and driven Product Manager to spearhead the growth and evolution of our expanding product portfolio. This role is pivotal as we continue to innovate and diversify beyond our flagship offering. Your core responsibility will be to ensure that all products, both current and future, achieve and sustain a strong Product Market Fit (PMF). You will lead products through their entire lifecycle—from ideation to market success—while driving continuous improvement and significant growth. Collaborating closely with the executive leadership, business line managers, and development teams, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional products to our users. Your key responsibilities will include:

Defining and shaping the product vision, objectives, and roadmap
Drafting and prioritizing development tasks
Conducting user interviews to gather insights
Crafting detailed requirement specifications
Designing metrics and analyzing data to inform decisions

[Front-end]
- TypeScript, React;
- Libraries: Storybook, jest;
- Hosting: Amplify

[Server Side/Back-End]
- Infrastructure: AWS, ElasticBeanstalk;
- DB: Aurora, ElasticSearch;
- Languages: Node.js (Sales Marker), Python, Go;
- Analysis environment: Athena;
- Framework: Express;
- Monitoring: DataDog;
- Others: AWS Lambda, AWS Batch, AWS API Gateway, AWS Glue

■ Experience and Qualifications

Proven ability to create comprehensive documents, such as proposals and requirement definitions
Experience collaborating effectively with engineers and designers
Strong logical thinking and prioritization skills to deliver tangible business value
At least 3 years of experience in product management for in-house web services
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Native-level proficiency in Japanese

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

 

Experience in both launching new products and improving existing ones
Background in SaaS or B2B product management
Hands-on experience managing multiple products simultaneously
Experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum development environment
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL
Business-level English proficiency or higher
