■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Realizing Engineering Practices in the ML Domain

● Applying modern software development practices such as CI/CD/CT, IaC, and observability to the ML domain

● Structurally improving team and company-wide development velocity through reliable experiment reproduction and automated deployment.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Practical experience (5 years or more) 

● Experience implementing highly maintainable production code 

● Ability to understand and translate highly uncertain specifications and requirements in the early stages into development models 

● Ability to consistently pursue the ideal in development

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Practical experience in system design and problem solving based on real-world MLOps operational experience and user experience (both internal and external) 

● Experience in designing and operating data pipelines using large-scale data infrastructure (storage/DB) 

● Designing quantitative evaluation metrics and building benchmarks for model performance 

● Practical experience in statistical analysis, numerical processing, visualization, and modeling 

● Skills in exploratory analysis, preprocessing, and hypothesis testing of real data 

● Contributions to OSS, writing papers, and activities in the technical community
