■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Serve as "GearLead" (Product Manager/Dev Lead) for Common Data Capture (CDC).
• Manage the full software development lifecycle for Policy Administration Systems (PAS), including requirement definition, development, testing, and production release.
• Oversee the maintenance and development of insurance premium and reinsurance systems.
• Organize requirements with various departments and create project estimates.
• Manage vendor coordination and maintain strict quality control throughout the development process.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional IT and software development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful transformation or upgrade projects.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems.
