■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Experience leading system architecture and development.

● Ability to make informed technical decisions across tech stacks.

● Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and coding standards.

● Proven track record of successful project and stakeholder management.

● Familiarity with improving development processes like Scrum.

● Strong problem-solving skills considering business and technical constraints.

● Business-level English proficiency; Japanese is a plus.

● Background in backend development, large-scale systems, or microservices is preferred

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js

● Backend: Rust (Axum), TypeScript with Node.js (Express, Fastify, NestJS)

● Machine Learning & Algorithms: Rust, Python, OpenCV, PyTorch, TorchServe, Elasticsearch, Vertex AI

● Infrastructure: Google Cloud, GKE, Anthos Service Mesh, Istio, Cloudflare, Argo Workflows

● Event Bus: Cloud Pub/Sub

● DevOps: GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Kustomize, Helm, Terraform, Datadog, MixPanel, Sentry

● Data: CloudSQL (PostgreSQL), AlloyDB, BigQuery, dbt, trocco
