■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Operational and functional management of assigned projects
● Manage OEM/OES projects, including systems with known technology components
● Responsible for achieving KPIs from a profitability standpoint (including product development and margin extension)
● Prepare for product quality and production
● Secure and manage necessary project resources
● Drive platform and advanced development contributors
● Resolve issues through proper escalation support across relevant functions
● Review and validate team member activities and propose timing strategies to meet milestones

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Business-level Japanese (able to organize meetings)
● Business-level English
● Degree in software, computer science, or related field
● Over 3 years’ experience in embedded systems or smartphone-related project management

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● PM experience in automotive telematics product development
● Management and finance knowledge/experience
● Prior automotive industry experience

■ Work Location

● Tokyo
