Senior Software Engineer, Backend / Full-stack (English Speaking)

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

(Upon Employment)You will take a leading role in the end-to-end development of new applications on their core platform. This includes everything from technology selection and architectural design to final delivery. You will work closely with product managers and designers, and be a key player in shaping their high-performing, global engineering organization.

■ Experience and Qualifications

Over 7 years of experience building web applications on major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Proven experience leading web application development projects with a team of five or more members.

Fluent English communication skills suitable for a global team environment.

Demonstrated technical leadership in areas like architecture design and core feature development.

Strong sense of proactivity and ownership, with the ability to manage development priorities and guide fellow engineers.

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a Docker-native development environment.

Backend development experience using statically typed languages.

Full-stack development experience, ideally with React.js.

Experience designing and building microservices architecture and asynchronous job systems.

Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in complex business contexts.

Proven ability to enhance development productivity through CI/CD and establishing coding standards.

■ Salary 

Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥11,000,000. Your salary will be reviewed twice a year and paid in 12 monthly installments. A stock option program is also available.
