■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

As an SRE, you’ll operate at the intersection of software engineering and infrastructure, taking ownership of platform stability, performance, and developer enablement.
This role goes beyond traditional infrastructure management—your contributions will shape a resilient, observable, and efficient platform that empowers internal teams and external users.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure in a cloud-native environment using tools like Terraform.

CI/CD & Automation: Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe, fast, and reliable deployments.

Observability: Develop and manage systems for logging, monitoring, metrics, tracing, and alerting, enabling real-time visibility and rapid incident resolution.

Platform Reliability: Advocate for and implement reliability best practices across all engineering teams.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, security teams, and product stakeholders to meet both technical and business objectives.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in SRE or infrastructure roles using AWS.

2+ years of experience in software development.

Proficiency with observability tools (ideally Datadog).

Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, especially Terraform.

Programming or scripting ability in at least one language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, Shell).

Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Effective communication skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.

Understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP).

Experience with AWS Direct Connect or hybrid networking.

Background in building secure and compliant infrastructure.
