A FinTech company, aiming to modernize credit services by integrating with one of Japan's largest digital payment platforms.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Design, implement, and support backend services with an emphasis on scalability and system redesign.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to large-scale architecture improvements and ongoing operations.

■ Experience and Qualifications

Experience with object-oriented programming (Java, C#, etc.), RESTful APIs, distributed systems, microservices, databases, and system architecture for high-traffic services.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

English proficiency required

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot, gRPC, Kafka, domain-driven design, stakeholder communication, and multicultural team experience.

Experience in B to C or Finance area 

Conversational Japanese is a plus.
