Japanese OEMs are key to this trajectory. As a Product Delivery Program Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer trust and delivering on global product execution.
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
(Upon Employment) Product Delivery Program Leader
(Scope of any potential changes) Duties as defined by the company
- Own and lead program delivery execution for multiple programs with Japanese OEMs
- Ensure end-to-end execution from opportunity pursuit to launch and service
- Drive program execution aligned with QCDDM goals
- Report to the Product Delivery Customer Lead and manage local program teams
- Oversee performance metrics, progress reporting, and escalation resolution
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships with customers and global teams
- Lead cross-functional engagement to mitigate risks and ensure delivery excellence
■ Experience and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years in the automotive industry
- At least 3 years with a Tier 1 supplier in the past 10 years
- 3+ years in engineering or program launch execution with direct customer engagement
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional program teams
- Strong communication, people management, and analytical skills
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency
- Strategic mindset with focus on program metrics and continuous improvement
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cockpit electronics aligned with Visteon’s portfolio
- Exposure to both hardware and software development and production
- MBA degree
- PMP certification
