Japanese OEMs are key to this trajectory. As a Product Delivery Program Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer trust and delivering on global product execution.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities

(Upon Employment) Product Delivery Program Leader

(Scope of any potential changes) Duties as defined by the company

  • Own and lead program delivery execution for multiple programs with Japanese OEMs
  • Ensure end-to-end execution from opportunity pursuit to launch and service
  • Drive program execution aligned with QCDDM goals
  • Report to the Product Delivery Customer Lead and manage local program teams
  • Oversee performance metrics, progress reporting, and escalation resolution
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships with customers and global teams
  • Lead cross-functional engagement to mitigate risks and ensure delivery excellence

■ Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years in the automotive industry
  • At least 3 years with a Tier 1 supplier in the past 10 years
  • 3+ years in engineering or program launch execution with direct customer engagement
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional program teams
  • Strong communication, people management, and analytical skills
  • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency
  • Strategic mindset with focus on program metrics and continuous improvement

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cockpit electronics aligned with Visteon’s portfolio
  • Exposure to both hardware and software development and production
  • MBA degree
  • PMP certification
