It provides solutions for infrastructure monitoring, disaster management, and urban planning by integrating satellite data with advanced analysis. ■ Your Role and Responsibilities
You will play a key role in the design, development and maintenance of satellites, helping to oversee the LEOP and commissioning of all satellites, as well as ongoing maintenance for in-orbit satellites.
As a Satellite Operation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall health and maintenance of satellites. Your tasks will include monitoring satellite telemetry in real-time and analyzing recorded data to assess satellite health and condition. You will identify and report anomalies and collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot issues.
Working closely with other satellite and ground system teams, you will contribute to launch planning, early operation processes, nominal operations, recovery efforts, and decommissioning activities.
You will also play an active role in improving operational processes and workflows, providing feedback to satellite and ground system design teams.

■ Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering (preferred) or an equivalent field
- Basic programming skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Team player who performs well under pressure
- Business-level English proficiency and basic Japanese skills
