Oracle HFM Application Support – Technical Lead

■ Company Overview

A major global enterprise IT consulting and support service division. The team specializes in maintaining business-critical enterprise performance management platforms that enable accurate corporate financial closing and consolidation data delivery for multi-national financial reporting requirements.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Take ownership of L2/L3 application support operations for Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). You will act as the principal escalation point for complex application bugs, troubleshoot data integration and script calculation failures, facilitate seamless operations during corporate financial close windows, and synchronize communication across business end-users, internal IT members, and third-party software vendors following standard ITIL practices.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 6-10 years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle HFM / Financial Application Support environments.
• Advanced capability to diagnose consolidation, data loading, and calculation rules within enterprise environments.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency or verified JLPT N1/N2 certification (Mandatory requirement).
• Willingness to support late JST shifts up to 11 PM for approximately one week per month during peak financial closing cycles.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Solid grasp of structural corporate finance, consolidation mechanics, and accounting domain concepts.
• Practical familiarity with standard ITIL frameworks including Incident, Problem, and Change Management procedures.
• Proven experience authoring and auditing structural technical support documentation.
