■ Full stack Engineer (Japanese Required | English Preferred)

●Lead end-to-end development of scalable applications

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● End-to-End Ownership: Lead complete project delivery—from strategy to execution—giving you strong visibility and decision-making power.

● Leadership Opportunity: Manage and mentor teams (internal + vendors), shaping both delivery and team growth.

● High Business Impact: Work closely with stakeholders and directly influence business outcomes through technology.

● Work on Multiple High-Impact Projects:Gain exposure to diverse initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

● Innovation-Driven Role: Drive adoption of new technologies, automation, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.

● Strategic + Hands-On Mix: Not just execution—you’ll define technical direction while staying close to delivery.

● Play a people manager role to manage a team under the Digital engineering section.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
● Japanese language: N2 & above. English business fluency

● 5~10 years of experience in delivery and managing projects

● Programming languages/ Frameworks : Java, .NET, Open API, Swagger, Gen AI, Good knowledge on GitHub CoPilot, knowledge on LLMs

● Web Technologies: react js, angular or any equivalent

● Databases: any SQL / No-SQL

● Containers: docker, container, lxc, podman (anyone is good)

● Container orchestrations: Kubernetes, docker compose

● Strong knowledge in SOAP & RESTful protocols

● API management: APIGEE, APIM, API Gateway or any other equivalent

● Messaging: Rabit MQ, Azure service bus, Azure event grid, SQS, SNS or equivalent

● Code quality tools: SonarQube, fortify or any equivalent

● Soft skills: good communication, time management & quick learner
