SMT Back End Process Engineer (ADAS & Interior Experience Division)

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Responsible for leading the industrialization, mass production, and standardization of PCB functional inspection. You will drive production efficiency, manage the implementation of new equipment and lines, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure process validation and safety standards.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Academic background or professional knowledge in electronic/electrical components.
• Proficiency in reading PCB schematic drawings.
• Business-level English and daily conversational Japanese.
• Analytical mindset to identify root causes and testing requirements.
• Background as a Test Engineer or PCB Designer.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Technical expertise in Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
• Proven track record as a Test Engineer specifically for electronic circuit boards.
• Deep understanding of electronic board manufacturing processes.
