■ Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and technical specialists, supporting skill development, performance evaluation, and career growth.
• Standardize and optimize engineering processes, implementing best practices to ensure robust and efficient product validation.
• Plan and manage team resources, including staffing, project assignments, and recruitment.
• Oversee team budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Drive the adoption of global engineering methodologies and tools to elevate the technical level of the organization.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Experience creating test cases using programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with A-SPICE or similar engineering standards.
• Basic conversational level of Japanese acceptable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English across international teams.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering teams or leading technical projects.
• Knowledge of advanced test and validation methodologies.
• Familiarity with robust design and process standardization frameworks.
