■ Your Role and Responsibilities
- ミッション要件に基づくコンピュータビジョンアルゴリズムの開発・検証
- ターゲットハードウェアでの検証・統合・リリース管理
- システムテストおよび運用フェーズへの参加
- Develop computer vision algorithms based on mission requirements
- Perform software verification, integration, and release management on target hardware
- Engage in mission system validation and real-time operational support

■ Experience and Qualifications
- 画像処理または信号処理を用いた物体認識ソフトウェアの開発経験(3年以上)
- C言語またはC++による組み込みソフトウェア開発経験(3年以上)
- ソフトウェアテスト計画の策定・実施経験
- 最新のソフトウェア開発方法論、および SCM (Gitなど) に関する知識
- チーム内外で積極的かつ協調的に貢献しながら、効果的に開発を計画・実行する能力
- 英語能力 TOEIC 750+
- Experience in developing object recognition software using image processing or signal processing (3+ years)
- Embedded software development experience in C or C++ (3+ years)
- Experience in creating and executing software test plans
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and SCM tools (e.g., Git)
- Ability to plan and execute development effectively while contributing proactively and collaboratively across teams
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- 機械学習・AIを活用した画像認識や信号処理の知識
- UnityやUnreal Engine 等を用いた3D画像シミュレーション環境の構築経験
- 組み込みLinuxベースのシステム開発経験
- Pythonなどのスクリプト言語による開発経験
- Agileなどのモダンなソフトウェア開発プロセスへの理解
- 技術的なコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applied to image recognition
- Experience in building 3D image simulation environments using Unity or
- Unreal Engine
- Experience in developing systems based on embedded Linux
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python
- Familiarity with modern software development practices (e.g., Agile)
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills
