■ Your Role and Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy execution by driving IT execution plan.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and create technical delivery plans.
• Lead and deliver technology solutions aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Manage delivery teams, including internal and external resources.
• Review and approve vendor deliverables for quality and purpose.
• Manage a team within the Product section.

Business function leaders including product, distribution, operations, claims, and other IT leaders (Local and Global)

SI Implementation Partners, Agency community

■ Required Skills and Experiences

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Science Degree – Computer Science or related field

Specific Qualifications

• Japanese language: Native or business fluency. English: business fluency

Total Experience

• 8+ years in insurance industry experience, especially in General Insurance market.
• 10+ years in project management and delivery role.
• 6+ years in information technology, developing or enhancing products.
• 3+ years in people management with 3+ team members.
