Utilize advanced AI technologies to solve real-world challenges.
Work closely with the product team to convert business and product needs into technical solutions leveraging the latest AI advancements.
Develop intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems for autonomous decision-making, complex workflows, and real-time problem-solving.
Design agent-based architectures for applications such as task automation, adaptive learning, and dynamic data analysis.
Implement and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance AI retrieval and response accuracy.
Refine prompt engineering strategies, applying advanced techniques to optimize generative model outputs for various use cases.

 

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Strong software engineering foundation with approximately 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
Proficient Python programming skills, including production-level development experience.
Familiarity with modern software engineering practices such as test-driven development (TDD), version control, CI/CD, and containerization.
Hands-on experience building applications and integrating modern generative AI models (e.g., LLMs).
Experience optimizing generative model outputs with advanced methodologies.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

■ Experience and Qualifications

5+ years as a QA Engineer with web or mobile (iOS/Android) applications.

Skilled in analyzing technical specifications and creating/executing test plans.

Experience in fast-paced IT/Web environments (agile experience is a plus).

Proven ability to standardize QA processes and propose improvements.

Effective communicator with development teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail, ALM, etc.).

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal communication and documentation abilities.

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, particularly Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Awareness of the capabilities, trade-offs, and limitations of different AI models.
Experience with vector embeddings and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone).
Practical knowledge in integrating data with pre-trained Generative AI models using RAG and fine-tuning techniques, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model deployment, serving, and monitoring.
Experience with data engineering principles and managing data pipelines for AI applications.

This is a full-time position
