QA Manager

■ Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at improving quality from upstream to downstream processes of a SaaS product. This includes building and executing QA strategies and managing project operations.
- Review of functional and non-functional requirements and development of test cases based on those requirements.
- Code reviews.
- Formulation of testing strategies (unit testing, integration testing, system testing).
- Development of automation strategies (using tools such as Playwright, Postman, etc.).
- Quality analysis and improvement.
■ Experience and Qualifications
- Possession of ISTQB or JSTQB certification, or equivalent knowledge. Advanced Level certification is particularly recommended.
- Experience in implementing test strategies from conception to execution, with a focus on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and the testing pyramid in automated testing.
- 3+ years of practical experience in software development as a developer or SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test).
- Experience in managing a test team (including member development and career path planning).
- A proactive attitude towards advancing sophisticated testing techniques.
- Business level English, Conversational English

- Knowledge of architecture and refactoring.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD environments.
