Are you passionate about data and eager to drive business growth with powerful insights? We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and accelerate the development of our innovative in-house product. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the future of our product by driving key decisions through in-depth data analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business, to solve complex data challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights that shape product strategy and drive decision-making.
• Collaborating with teams across the organization to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for various reporting and analysis needs.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data collection, cleansing, and modeling techniques.
• Experience in data analysis using Python.
• Proven ability to create insightful reports and visualizations that influence business decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a talent for addressing complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (including reading and writing).

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Apache Superset.
• Experience working with Athena, RDS, or other related technologies.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
