■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

(Upon Employment)

• Overseeing, troubleshooting, and enhancing the Kubernetes cluster.
  
• Designing and managing AWS infrastructure components (SQS, Lambda, RDS, OpenSearch, etc.) to enhance the developer experience.
  
• Collaborating with engineering teams to optimize system performance, automate tasks, and enforce security measures.
  
• Establishing and improving monitoring systems for various services and pipelines to boost developer awareness.
  
• Implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS CDK, and organizing infrastructure resources.
  
• Supporting developers in creating and maintaining data pipelines.
  
• Managing incident response, including security incidents, with a focus on maintaining high system availability and rapid issue resolution.

Duties as defined by the company

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Skilled in running and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Experienced in site reliability or platform engineering with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in setting up metrics to enhance system monitoring and automating these processes.
• Experienced in managing databases such as RDS (MySQL) and ElasticSearch.
• Knowledgeable in managing data pipelines for transferring large amounts of data between databases.
• Experienced in implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS CDK, and organizing infrastructure resources.
• Capable of handling incident responses, including security breaches.
• Proactive in identifying and mitigating security risks within infrastructure.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing major incidents in large tech companies.
• Experience in rapidly growing companies at comparable stages.
• Leadership experience as a Tech Lead.
• Fluent in English or Japanese.
