IT Service Manager
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
- Be a manager of the IT Service Team
- Provide End-User IT service to employees
- Contact person with global IT teams, IT and security departments, and other memberfirms' ITSstaff.
- Mac OS Deployment, Configuration, Update, Maintenance and Support
- Develop and comply with device security policies
- Managing and Reporting Security Incidents
- Improve IT service quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead team as well as hands-on process operation
- MacOSの導⼊、設定、更新、保守、サポート
- デバイスのセキュリティポリシーの策定と遵守
- セキュリティインシデントの管理と報告
- ITサービスの品質と顧客満⾜度の向上
- ハンドオンとチームのリード
■ Work Location
- Tokyo, Japan
■ Experience and Qualifications
- Over 3 years experience managing MacOS with Jamf, Intune, etc.
- IT Service Management knowledge and experience (ITIL and IT Service Manager certification holders welcome)
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English (TOEIC over 800 points)
- Team management skills (Leadership, coaching, feedback, etc.)
- Business Analysis Skills (Requirements definition, cost analysis, ROI calculations, etc.)
- JamfやIntune等を使ったMacOSの管理経験(3年以上)
- ITサービスマネージメントの知識と経験(ITILやITサービスマネージャー試験の資格保有者 歓迎)
- ⽇本語と英語のコミュニケーション能⼒(TOEIC 800点以上)
- チームマネジメントのスキル(リーダーシップ、コーチング、フィードバックなど)
- ビジネス分析のスキル(要件定義、コスト分析、ROI計算など)
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Project management skills (PMP, PMBOK, etc., Project Management related certificate)
- Knowledge and experience in information security (those with qualifications such as CISSP or CISM)
- プロジェクトマネジメントのスキル(PMPやPMBOKなどの資格保有者歓迎)
- 情報セキュリティに関する知識と経験(CISSPやCISMなどの資格保有者歓迎)
