Lead the hardware engineering, electronic circuit design, and mass-production deployment of complex domain controllers utilizing high-performance SoCs and high-speed communication interfaces. You will manage analog/digital/power supply circuits, generate critical test specifications (ITS/SPPC), collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams (Software, System, Mechanical, Manufacturing), and provide hands-on technical support for production launch and quality improvements (QRQC/EOLT) on the manufacturing floor.

■ Experience and Qualifications

3+ years of practical development experience in vehicles, in-vehicle ECUs, or automotive components.
3+ years of hardware development and design experience for embedded products (Critical requirement).
Solid technical knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical engineering drawings.
Business-level English and conversational-level Japanese proficiency.

Familiarity with automotive standards such as Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity.
