Senior Electronics Engineer (ADAS & Domain Controllers)

A premier global automotive tier-1 supplier, developing innovative solutions across numerous divisions. This expansion-driven role will focus on accelerating autonomous driving assistance systems (ADAS) and redefining interior cabin experiences through global engineering partnerships.
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
Lead the hardware engineering, electronic circuit design, and mass-production deployment of complex domain controllers utilizing high-performance SoCs and high-speed communication interfaces. You will manage analog/digital/power supply circuits, generate critical test specifications (ITS/SPPC), collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams (Software, System, Mechanical, Manufacturing), and provide hands-on technical support for production launch and quality improvements (QRQC/EOLT) on the manufacturing floor.
■ Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years of practical development experience in vehicles, in-vehicle ECUs, or automotive components.
- 3+ years of hardware development and design experience for embedded products (Critical requirement).
- Solid technical knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical engineering drawings.
- Business-level English and conversational-level Japanese proficiency.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with automotive standards such as Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of system design related to embedded hardware architectures.
- Deep understanding of electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Proactive self-starter with excellent cross-functional communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
