■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

As a CAD Operator, you will play a key role in the design and development of automotive components. Your tasks will include:

• 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation using CATIA for automotive air conditioning, seat, or body parts
• Collaborating with team members to develop and optimize design solutions
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements
• Conducting design reviews and quality checks
• Creating and maintaining technical documents, including specifications and design reports
• Interacting with customers to resolve technical issues and improve designs

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Knowledge of CATIA-V5 (3D/2D) design
• Experience in automotive parts design
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Japanese: N3 or higher (able to communicate effectively in a work environment)
• English: Ability to read and understand English manuals and documentation

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing automotive air conditioning systems
• Familiarity with quality control and manufacturing processes in the automotive industry
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Project management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
