A domestic biotech venture focusing on rare diseases and antiviral drugs, leveraging in-licensed candidates for domestic development and commercialization.

■ Responsibilities

(Initial Role) Cross-functional management of R&D, manufacturing, partnerships, and sales / support execution of business strategies / project management
(Scope of Changes) Duties as defined by the company

■ Required Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional management in the pharma/biotech industry

• Experience supporting execution of business strategies and corporate planning

• Flexibility to work in matrix organizations and startup environments

• Experience in C-suite positions at pharmaceutical companies

• MD or Ph.D./MS in life sciences, chemistry, or MBA

• Willing and able to work in Tokyo for a minimum of 5 years

■ Preferred Qualifications

Experience in management at a biotech startup
Knowledge and experience in project management and fundraising
Experience collaborating with global or foreign organizations
