Career Opportunity for a Product Manager in Japan!

A leading FinTech organization, cashless payments in Japan, offering innovative and convenient credit services integrated with a major digital payment platform. 

 

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Create clear and concise PRDs and collaborate with various stakeholders including design team, engineering team, and QA team

● Manage and execute the daily product development cycle with an eye on the product vision for the company

● Drive the timely implementation of ideas into the product without being constrained by precedents

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user challenges and plan and execute to solve them

● Identify metrics that allow for a deep understanding of the user experience and repeatable continuous improvement of it

 

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the Internet/web company or an equivalent role

● Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or at least 3 years of technical experience

● Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Product Management experience in the financial domain
