■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

As the Delivery Manager - Testing, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Defining, collecting, and analyzing test metrics to measure process effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with testing standards and providing governance over the testing process.
• Coordinating and managing software releases, ensuring all quality standards are met.
• Overseeing the defect management process, including tracking, reporting, and resolution.
• Leading and mentoring a team of testers to ensure high performance.
• Utilizing Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and project management.
• Working closely with stakeholders to align on testing requirements and outcomes.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in software testing, with an overall experience of 15+ years.
• Strong background in test metrics, test planning, and governance.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring testing teams.
• Proficiency in Jira, defect management, release management, and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to the life insurance industry is highly desirable.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
