■ Your Role and Responsibilities
●Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
●Plan, execute, and oversee manual, exploratory, and regression testing for new product features and releases.
●Review system specifications and technical documentation to ensure clear testability and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
●Identify, document, and manage defects throughout their lifecycle, driving continuous improvements in product quality.
●Develop and maintain CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines, embedding automated tests into deployment workflows.
●Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality is built into every phase of development.
●Participate in code and test plan reviews, offering insights to strengthen testing coverage and standards.
●Contribute to the definition and implementation of QA processes and best practices across engineering teams.
● Research, evaluate, and recommend testing tools or practices that enhance scalability, speed, and efficiency of QA operations.
■ Experience and Qualifications
● 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, test automation, or software engineering.
● Proficiency in at least one programming language such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
● Practical experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Capybara, or RSpec.
● Strong understanding of testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
● Proven experience designing and executing test plans and test cases—both automated and manual.
● Familiarity with CI/CD environments and integrating automated tests into continuous delivery pipelines.
● Comfortable working independently in dynamic or ambiguous settings, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Experience testing multilingual or mobile applications.
● Familiarity with AWS, monitoring tools such as Datadog, or performance testing frameworks.
● Exposure to backend systems, APIs, or infrastructure testing.
● Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments or fast-paced startup teams. ● Contributions to open-source projects.
