Depending on the specific track, you will either lead a high-performance engineering team (Team Leader) or build the organizational foundation for development (Development Manager). Responsibilities include overseeing the full V-model development cycle for embedded software, defining global process standards (CMMI/ISO 26262), managing budgets, and mentoring technical talent to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge automotive solutions.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Over 7 years of hands-on software development experience using C/C++.
• Proven track record in executing development cycles based on the V-model.
• Native-level Japanese and Business-level English proficiency.
• For Manager track: Significant experience in departmental or organizational management.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) or process improvement models (CMMI).
• Experience working within global, cross-functional engineering teams.
