Senior Project Manager (Thermal Systems)

A major global automotive supplier driving innovation across several fields within the Automotive fields  This role will be focusing on thermal management solutions that are critical for the performance and comfort of modern electric vehicles.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Act as the primary leader for mass production development projects, holding full accountability for quality, cost, delivery, and profitability. You will serve as the lead contact for major domestic automakers, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor junior project managers while ensuring all technical and financial KPIs are met.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years of team and budget management experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Business-level English (reporting to global hubs and negotiating with suppliers).
• Business-level Japanese (handling domestic OEM clients and internal coordination).
• Strong leadership skills to manage a matrix organization with dual-reporting lines.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• A strong technical or mechanical background in automotive engineering.
• Experience working with Japanese automakers (J-OEM).
• Proven track record in coaching and developing junior managers.
