Career Opportunity: Machine Learning Engineer (Artificial Intelligence Office)  in Tokyo, Japan

A leading global technology company is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join its Artificial Intelligence team. In this role, you'll leverage machine learning and data science to build intelligent solutions that enhance customer experiences across a large-scale digital platform.

Working alongside product managers, data engineers, and software engineers, you'll develop production-ready machine learning models for personalization, recommendation systems, computer vision, and natural language processing, helping drive innovation through data-driven decision making.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

●Partner with business stakeholders to identify machine learning opportunities.

●Define technical requirements and develop end-to-end ML solutions.

●Design, train, and deploy machine learning models into production.

●Build scalable APIs for serving machine learning models.

●Design and execute A/B tests and online experiments.

●Analyze experimental results using statistical methods.

●Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

■ Experience and Qualifications

●Master's degree or higher in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

●Strong Python programming skills.

●Experience building Machine Learning or Deep Learning models.

●Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

●Experience training models using GPU environments.

●Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

●Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing experiments.

●Experience using Git for collaborative software development.

●Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
