■ Your Role and Responsibilities
● Lead QA activities by defining and updating quality standards while managing the QA team.
● Design, plan, and execute tests across both agile and waterfall product development environments.
● Perform functional and usability testing on web and mobile platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
● Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
● Propose and implement process improvements, including creating documentation and QA manuals.

■ Experience and Qualifications
●  Over 5 years of experience in QA for web and mobile applications (Android/iOS), with expertise in test planning, design, and execution.
● Strong analytical skills to interpret technical specifications and ensure product quality in fast-paced, agile environments.
● Proven ability to standardize QA processes, implement improvements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Proficient in QA tools like Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, and TestLink, with strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Experienced in leading QA teams, driving cross-functional projects, and enhancing product quality through process improvements, defect analysis, and preventive measures.
● Skilled in test automation using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and UFT, with expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and QA practices within the financial domain.
