ERP/IFS Functional Consultant

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Act as a liaison between Japanese/international business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, document, and validate business needs.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis for ERP systems, focusing on IFS Applications.
• Model and streamline business processes, especially in manufacturing, planning, procurement, production, and inventory.
• Configure and support IFS or other ERP systems according to functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into technical documentation and integration specifications.
• Lead or support test planning (SIT/UAT), data migration, and user training initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet business expectations and local compliance through collaboration with global/local teams.
• Prepare bilingual documentation such as user manuals, process maps, and SOPs.
• Participate in an 8-week structured training program (online + in-person in Denmark).

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Experience working with IFS Applications (Cloud or On-Premises).
• Knowledge of ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Projects, and FSM.
• Proficiency in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN for process design.
• Understanding of systems integration with PLM, MES, CRM, or BI tools.
• Business Level Japanese and English

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Strong consulting background in ERP delivery.
• Advanced process modeling experience using BPMN or Microsoft Visio.
• Experience working in global project teams and cross-cultural environments.
