■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• As a Senior PM on the AI Agent team, you will play a key role in delivering an AI-driven platform and leading the development of AI Agents.
• Working closely with business teams and customers to understand how AI can be utilized to address key pain points and deliver excellent user experiences in commerce.
• You will be responsible for setting the vision for our AI Agent system, defining AI applications, and driving the delivery of AI tools from conception to launch.  

• Development and scaling of a multi-Agent AI platform Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize features, resolve technical
challenges, and meet business objectives
• Define API requirements and manage dependencies with other product and engineering teams
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines for AI ingestion and development of AI-powered insights
• Establish a clear technical vision for a multi-Agent platform, including democratization of AI
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align development initiatives with product and business targets.
• Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in product management, with some experience with AI
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, from ideation to launch.
• Strong understanding of AI and software development
• Familiarity with data engineering
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI, backend technologies, and APIs
• Prior experience in product management in Japan
• Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Japanese business culture and ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders
