● プロトタイピングを基盤とした新規サービスの開発および改善基盤の構築
● LLMアプリケーションや関連技術の情報収集およびリサーチ
● 大企業のユーザーにとって直感的で使いやすい業務機能の設計と開発
● ビジネスサイドと密接に連携しながら仕様の検討と策定
● Development of new services and establishment of improvement frameworks based on prototyping
● Research and staying updated on LLM applications and related technologies
● Designing and developing user-friendly business functions tailored for enterprise users
● Collaborating closely with the business side to examine and define specifications

■ Experience and Qualifications
OpenAIやLangChainを活用したLLMアプリケーションの開発経験
自社またはクライアント向けサービスの企画、開発、運用経験（新機能の設計・開発、既存機能の改善を含む）
クラウド環境での開発および運用経験
技術的な背景を活かしたプロダクト開発チームのリード経験
開発プロセスの構築、標準化、環境の最適化経験
アーキテクチャやフレームワークの選定スキル
日常会話レベルの日本語能力
面接および書類選考は英語で対応可能
※ 入社後の研修、e-learning、各種社内手続きは日本語での対応のみ
Experience in developing LLM applications using OpenAI or LangChain
Experience in planning, developing, and operating services for in-house or client use (including new feature design and development, as well as existing feature enhancements)
Hands-on experience in development and operations within cloud environments
Leadership experience in a product development team, leveraging a strong technical background
Expertise in defining development processes, standardization, and optimizing the development environment
Proficiency in selecting architectures and frameworks
Conversational-level proficiency in Japanese
Interviews and document screening can be conducted in English

自然言語処理（NLP）に関する知識
テックリードとしての実務経験
顧客やプロダクトオーナーとの交渉経験
チームアウトプット（コード、設計、生産プロセス）の改善経験
スクラム開発の実績
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP)
Experience as a technical lead
Experience in negotiating with clients or product owners
Track record of improving team outputs (e.g., code quality, design, production processes)
Experience in Scrum-based development
