Overview:

We are currently seeking a Service Engineer for a leading semiconductor inspection equipment manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues at client sites, as well as conducting start-up and maintenance of semiconductor inspection equipment. This role will also involve preparing and negotiating quotations, troubleshooting, and creating associated reports, as well as conducting regular meetings, discussions, and negotiations with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting equipment issues at client sites
• Start-up and maintenance of semiconductor inspection equipment at client sites
• Preparation and negotiation of quotations
• Troubleshooting and creating associated reports
• Conducting regular meetings, discussions, and negotiations with clients

Qualifications:

Required:

• Background in mechanical, electrical, chemical, material, information, or physical sciences
• Experience in mechanical design, electrical circuit design, software design, quality assurance, production technology, or service engineering

Preferred:

• Proficiency in English is preferred

Day-to-day:

• Conducting troubleshooting and maintenance activities at client sites
• Preparing and negotiating quotations for services
• Creating reports based on troubleshooting activities
• Engaging in regular meetings, discussions, and negotiations with clients
