This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Full Stack Engineers who are passionate about building scalable web applications, driving technical decisions, and shaping the future of AI-enabled SaaS products in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

●Lead the design and development of scalable frontend and backend systems.

●Build and enhance customer-facing applications and internal operational tools.

●Design and develop robust APIs, backend services, and platform integrations.

●Drive technical decisions and contribute to system architecture discussions.

●Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality features.

●Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and observability.

●Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.

●Establish and improve engineering standards, workflows, and development processes.

●Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

●Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in distributed systems.

●Take ownership of projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

●5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

●Strong experience developing modern full-stack web applications.

●Hands-on frontend development experience with React, Vue.js, or Next.js.

●Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Elixir.

●Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems.

●Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.

●Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

●Experience supporting and operating production systems.

●Technical leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.

●Business-level proficiency in English.

●Excellent communication, collaboration, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
