■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

● Develop systems that transform the capabilities of a large-scale language model into real user value

● Design, build, and operate highly scalable and high-performance software systems

● Improve development processes and engineering productivity across the team

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reliable and scalable product architectures

● Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and user experience

● Contribute to product design, system architecture, and technical decision-making

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience in software development and product operations

● Experience building high-performance and highly scalable systems

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve system architecture and development practices

● Experience working in production environments and maintaining reliable services

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with RESTful or gRPC APIs

● Programming in Go, Rust, Java, Scala, Kotlin, C++, or TypeScript

● Database design and optimization (RDB/NoSQL)

● Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, and security (OAuth2/OIDC)

● Technical leadership or open-source contributions
