■ Your Role and Responsibilities
● Research and analyze the latest advancements in Generative AI, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal systems
● Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
● Optimize model performance through fine-tuning, structural modifications, and inference optimization
● Apply research findings to real-world products and integrate AI capabilities into production systems
● Build evaluation frameworks and continuously improve model quality, addressing issues such as hallucination, bias, and output reliability
● Develop APIs and infrastructure to enable product teams to utilize AI models effectively
● Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
■ Experience and Qualifications
● Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
● Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies including LLMs, diffusion models, or GANs
● Advanced Python programming skills with experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers
● Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals including neural networks, transformers, and attention mechanisms
● Experience implementing generative AI models or algorithms based on recent research
● Experience applying research outcomes to real-world applications and improving model performance
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex AI challenges
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Experience implementing LLM applications such as RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
● Experience with image generation models such as diffusion models or Stable Diffusion
● Experience developing multimodal models combining text, image, or audio data
● Experience training or deploying large-scale models on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
