■ Your Role and Responsibilities

● Our Client in Japan is seeking a System Technical Project Manager to lead the development of our Computer Vision-based automated parking assistant system, part of our complete ADAS solution for next-generation mobility. This role oversees the full technical development lifecycle—from system architecture and requirements management to R&D team coordination and customer interface.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Define and manage R&D schedules and budgets

● Monitor progress toward project milestones and lead daily meetings and task forces

● Conduct cross-functional design reviews with departments such as Purchasing and Manufacturing

● Act as the technical interface with customers, translating requirements into internal actions

● Manage and align activities across Software, Hardware, and Mechanical engineering teams

● Design and optimize system architecture in line with product strategy and standardization policies

● Break down system-level requirements and allocate them to relevant engineering domains

● 10+ years of experience in system development and team management

● Hands-on experience as a System Architect

● Strong understanding of ASPICE and related development processes

● Advanced business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

● Professional experience in the automotive industry

● Knowledge and experience in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
