■ Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as the Function Owner for the autonomous driving product, taking technical leadership across vehicle functionality. You will design system functions based on multi-sensor data (camera, radar, ultrasonic), collaborate with software and validation teams, and ensure product quality and functional integrity through the full V-model development cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
・Lead design and development of an autonomous driving system
・Oversee integrated system functionality using multiple sensor technologies
・Define and update system requirements and maintain bidirectional traceability
・Collaborate closely with system architects, software engineers, and testing teams
・Lead customer meetings and technical activities including real vehicle testing
・Define KPIs and performance metrics for assigned functions
・Review and enhance test strategies, environments, and cases
・Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO26262, and internal quality standards
・Lead technical reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders

■ Experience and Qualifications
・Requires interface experience with OEMs OR Internal communication only (no OEM interface)
・Experience in System Engineering (ASPICE)
・Basic knowledge of Embedded Software
・Basic understanding of SoC (System on Chip)
・Knowledge of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)
・Experience writing system requirements
・English: Business level or higher
・Japanese: Conversational level or higher
※ For the position requiring OEM interface: Business-level Japanese is mandatory
・Basic automotive knowledge and related tools (communication, diagnostics, MCU, etc.)
・Basic Project Management knowledge (schedule, scope, resource management, communication)

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
・Knowledge of Software Engineering, AUTOSAR
・Model-Based Development (MBD) using Simulink / Stateflow
・Programming skills: C, Python
・Knowledge of Computer Vision (image processing/recognition)
