Base Location Tokyo (2 days a week), Kawasaki/Remote (3 days a week) Expected Start Date

Job Title: Bilingual PMO Experience: 3–5 years in PMO or project coordination roles Language Requirement: Fluent in Japanese (Native/N1/N2) and English (spoken and written) Certifications Preferred:

● AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher) ● PMP or Prince2 certification

Key Responsibilities: ● Act as a liaison between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders ● Plan, execute, and monitor AWS-related projects ● Prepare bilingual project documentation (status reports, project plans, etc.) ● Organize and follow up on cross-functional meetings and tasks ● Assist in AWS resource planning and basic deployments ● Track KPIs and escalate project risks as needed ● Ensure timely delivery aligned with project goals

Key Skills & Qualifications: ● Graduate in any discipline ● Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.) ● Hands-on experience with AWS operations ● Strong communication and organizational skills ● Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS

Office Suite Additional certifications and relevant skills are highly valued.
