Full Stack Engineer
 
■ Department Overview
This department operates the proprietary small satellites, and produces and distributes image data. The specific you will join develops and operates the mission control system for satellite operations.
 
■ Your Role and Responsibilities 
(Upon Employment) Fullstack Engineer
(Scope of any potential changes) Duties as defined by the company
 
The main job is to develop and operate the mission control system that operates our company's satellites. This position is looking for a senior-level full-stack engineer who can lead both the front-end and back-end in the development of a web-based system (mission control system) built on GCP.
 
Specifically:
・Development and operation of satellite control system
・Coordination with in-house teams (satellite development, satellite operation, ground testing)
 
■ Experience and Qualifications
<Requirements>
・More than 5 years of practical experience in web system development, or equivalent experience
・Backend development experience (especially those with extensive development experience in Rust are welcome)
・Frontend development experience (development experience using React and TypeScript)
・Experience building and operating systems using GCP (or major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure)
・Business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPTN1)
・Able to commute to our Tokyo headquarters at least 2-3 days a week
 
<Desired requirements>
・Experience developing large-scale and mission-critical systems
・Experience designing and developing microservice architectures
・Experience building and operating CI/CD environments
・Container technology (Docker, Experience using Kubernetes, etc.
・Knowledge and development experience of TCP/IP
・Socket programming experience
・Database design and development experience
