ADAS Specialist

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Lead Application Development and integration of ADAS sensor software components from third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with system constraints and dependencies.
• Become the main technical liaison between internal teams, JOEMs, and third-party stakeholders.
• Conduct and lead technical discussions with customers in Japanese, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
• Facilitate impact analysis, effort estimation, and design verification (DRBFM) for software modifications.
• Analyze and resolve software issues, escalating unresolved problems when necessary.
• Address and resolve technical inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project scheduling, progress monitoring, change management, and problem resolution

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 5–10 years in software development, requirement gathering, or product development.
• Prior experience in ADAS component development.
• Work experience in a Tier 1 supplier or direct collaboration with JOEMs.
• Knowledge of CAN/CAN FD/Ethernet and Automotive Standards (Regulations, ASPICE, AUTOSAR)
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink and Vector tools
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
