Senior product manager (Financial/ Fintech)

They are creating and providing a complex and bug-free multilingual platform for millions of users to service the needs of changing consumer behaviours in Japan. ■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Lead and manage a product management team, either directly or through other managers.
Deliver and drive high-impact products that create a "Wow Experience" for users and influence key business metrics.
Mentor and guide product managers across the organization.
Build scalable platform products with a long-term vision.
Oversee high-level technical architecture and UI/UX design decisions.
Write technical PRDs and collaborate with engineering and design teams to execute the product roadmap.
Identify and prioritize product challenges and opportunities to drive growth.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to understand user problems and needs, translating them into actionable requirements for development teams.
Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas that enhance market share, user experience, and growth.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or at least 3 years of technical experience.
4+ years of experience in Product Management or an equivalent role.
Business-level proficiency in English (written & verbal).

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent technical experience.
Strong ability to decompose complex technical and business problems into actionable deliverables while considering stakeholder needs and business impact.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, startup, or user-facing product development.
A strong bias toward action—a "Get Things Done" attitude.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal).
Japanese language proficiency (preferred).
