■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

Ensure engineering teams work effectively to achieve their objectives.
Offer mentorship and guidance through one-on-one sessions and performance evaluations.
Establish clear expectations with engineers and ensure accountability for project outcomes.
Contribute to and enhance processes related to engineering onboarding, training, and recruitment.
Develop and implement workflows to boost productivity and ensure consistent adoption across engineering teams.

 

■ Experience and Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in engineering management.
Strong technical background in designing and developing large-scale software products.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in collaborating with product owners to provide context that informs project scopes and timelines.
Proficient in gathering and sharing relevant insights to guide developers in crafting effective technical solutions.
Adept at offering constructive feedback to support developers' skill enhancement.
Experienced in working across teams and departments to resolve obstacles and boost developer productivity.
